How To Make Chili Paste

Ingredients:

Sugar – 60g
Sault – 2 ½ Teaspoon
Garlic – 50g – Cut very fine
Vegetable Oil – Half Bottle
Chili pieces 250g - Find the best type of chili pieces
B Onions 125g - Peeling onions and cut in to very small pieces (Divide in to 3 shares)
Red Onions 50g - This too is a very fine cut
Dried Small Shrimps 100g - Washed, rinsed well water, cut as little as possible


Making Process: 
Place the pan on the stove, Put it Oil, reduce the fire and heat. 

To the heated oil add sliced red onions and 1 share of B onions. Temper about 10 minutes in reduced fire. 

Add garlic, Then add dried small shrimps and temper another 10 minutes. 

Next  Add chili pieces and another share of B onions. Temper another 15 minutes. 

Now add remaining share of onions and temper slowly about 45 minutes.

After that before taking from the stove add sugar and mix well. 

Now Chili paste  is ready !
