 Prawn Tempering

Ingredients :



Some Turmeric                            Some Turmeric

Green chilies 5 crops                    Chili Powder ½ Teaspoon

Onions 200g                               Salt (According to the Taste)

Tomatoes 2                                Crushed Garlic 2 carpel

Cinnamon bark 1                          Oil 2 Tablespoon

Cardamom 4 crops                       Tempering leaf

Cloves 2 crops                            Curry leaves

Chili pieces 1 ½ Teaspoon             Drumstick Leaves






Making Process:



Peel the prawns, Rip in the middle and remove dirt, Then wash well.


Now add and peel salt and Turmeric, keep under the low fire and boil without water. 


Take Few Oil on the fire place, after heated add crushed garlic, green chilies, onions. Then Fry a while.


Add chili powder and then add prawns and all of other ingredients and leave to boil.


Before taking the fire place add the drumstick leaves and serve to the table.
